By submitting, sending, uploading, or granting access to media in any other way for any forms of User Generated Content (UGC) (my original media) - including but not limited to images, video, and audio - you attest that you own all necessary copyrights to that media and herby authorize VRDigs LLC privilege's to perform editing, distribution, or any other business activities VRDigs LLC or its affiliates may engage in while utilizing this media content.

By using vrdigs.com you also agree that VRDigs LLC has permission to display such photographs of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. 

You authorize VRDigs LLC, to copyright, use and publish the same In any means deemed necessary including but not limited to  print, electronic, or transferring of image. 

You authorize VRDigs LLC as well as any of its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of both you and any property in connection with the above-identified subject.

If participating party is a minor in the state of state parent or guardian must provide consent for release of such photo on the terms above.
